Caninsulin (40iu/ml)
Caninsulin(40iu/ml) is for the treatment of insulin deficiency (diabetes mellitus) in dogs and cats.
It is supplied in a 10ml vial or a 2.5ml vial and administered by injection using syringe. The active ingredient is porcine insulin which is a naturally occurring hormone produced in the pancreas.
Caninsulin is a prescription item and will be sent once a valid prescription is received. Please follow the instructions given by your vet.
Please note that syringes and needles are not included with this medication. Your veterinary surgeon can give you some advice on what you need.
